techniques picked up by Chef Christopher through his culinary journey.

Executive Chef Christopher Tan

Chef Christopher lived a childhood that was

surrounded by soulful home cooked meals made by

his mother. With the desire to carry on and share

with his diners everything he received throughout

his youth, Chef Christopher decided to venture

into his first restaurant; Brine. 

Every plate that is put on the table goes through

long periods of planning and research. With all his

passion and love for the culinary art, he has curated

menus that emphasizes on food for the soul.
